Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
They are sent via La Poste in Colissimo or to a "Bureau de Poste" relay point (Coming soon) with a tracking number.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code (France), you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of articles.
The articles must be returned in their original packaging, blister "NOT OPEN", accompanied by all the accessories instructions of use and documentations, for resale.
In the case of a refund, Lacartouche will refund within a minimum of 3 days after receipt of items in our premises
The refund will be made by the same means of payment used during the order.
Return costs are your responsibility.
The costs of forwarding in case of exchange are at our expense.
